Description

OPERATING CONDITION:
- For Cold water application: 30.9 bar at 20°C
- For Hot water application : 10.2 bar at 70°C (Max 95°C)
This allowable operating pressure will be applicable for 50 years life span as per the standard DIN 16962
MECHANICAL AND THERMAL CHARACTERISTICS (Resistance to Internal pressure):
Fittings shall neither burst nor leak during the prescribed time of stressing
- for Cold water (Hoop Stress 16 MPA /20°C/ 1H)
- for Hot water (Hoop Stress 4.2 MPA/95°C /22hr)
Fittings are subjected to the following test as per DIN 16962
